Specto’s collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MODEE) reflects a strong commitment to digital transformation, institutional capacity building, and future-ready workforce development. Between 2025 and 2026, Specto successfully implemented a flagship national initiative designed to raise AI awareness and strengthen practical AI capabilities across Jordan’s public sector.

The program was delivered through a comprehensive three-phase approach targeting employees, technical specialists, and government leaders at different organizational levels. The first phase focused on foundational AI awareness and digital literacy, successfully training 3,125 employees through 32 workshops. The second phase targeted strategic leadership development, equipping 992 participants through 30 workshops with the knowledge to integrate AI into decision-making and institutional planning. The final technical phase provided advanced hands-on AI training for specialized participants.

A key strength of this collaboration lies in its structured and scalable approach to building institutional AI readiness. By equipping thousands of public sector employees with practical knowledge and strategic capabilities, the initiative contributed to strengthening government preparedness for AI-driven innovation, supporting data-informed decision-making, and advancing Jordan’s digital transformation agenda.
